Lemon & Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Croissant

Ingredients

  • 15g Scitec lemon cheesecake protein
  • 1 Feeling Ok Protein Croissant
  • 70g light smooth ricotta
  • 50g frozen raspberries

 

Method:

  • Slice croissant in half and airfry for 3-5min at 160 degrees
  • Meanwhile mix ricotta and Scitec lemon cheesecake protein powder together
  • Spread ricotta mix on warm croissant and top with raspberries
  • Optional to add lemon zest 🍋
