What is Prime Hydration?

PRIME is a beverage brand launched in 2022 by KSI, a British boxer and YouTube star, and Logan Paul, an American professional wrestler and social media influencer. KSI and Logan Paul initially sparred in the boxing ring, but later became business partners and collaborated to develop Prime.

Under the PRIME brand, the pair have launched two major products thus far, being 'Prime Hydration' and 'Prime Energy'.

About PRIME Hydration

Prime Hydration was developed to fill the void where great taste meets function. With bold, thirst-quenching flavours to help you refresh, replenish, and refuel, Prime is the perfect boost for any endeavour. 

Prime Hydration is made up of 10% Coconut Water, 825mg of Electrolytes and contain vitamins A, B6, B12, & E, as well as potassium, calcium.

Further, Prime Hydration is only 25 calories and has Zero added sugar.

 

Optimising Hydration

Whilst Prime Hydration contains minimal calories, and zero sugar, which can make for a great option to those on a low calorie diet.

When it comes to rehydration, on top of supplementing with electrolytes, we recommend complimenting the consumption of this product with a form of carbohydrates to maximise and optimise absorption of the electrolytes within this product.

Caffeine Content

Although a common misconception in the media is that Prime Hydration contains caffeine, we can confirm that Prime Hydration does NOT contain any form of caffeine, and is merely a hydration formula.

Often the media has confused the contents of Prime Hydration with Prime Energy.

Prime Hydration does not contain caffeine and is a safer alternative to Prime Energy for children.
