Meet Sian Holmes, an accredited sports nutritionist, personal trainer, and certified Pilates instructor who is making waves in the Nutrition Capital community. Sian shares her journey, passion for balanced nutrition, and how she helps her clients live their healthiest lives. |
Sian, tell us a bit about your background and what inspired you to become a Nutrition Capital Brand Partner.
I first came across Nutrition Capital while prepping for one of my fitness shows (the ones Covid sadly cancelled 🥲). I immediately vibed with their ethos. Nutrition Capital is more than just a supplement store—they genuinely care about their customers and have built an incredible community because of it. I knew I wanted to be part of something so special.
What led you to pursue a career in nutrition, fitness, and wellness?
Fitness has always been a big part of my life, so I knew I’d end up in a career that involved it in some way. But my passion for nutrition really took off when I started working with Nutrition Capital. Sharing my experiences and being able to help others overcome challenges made me realise that this is what I’m meant to do.
What areas do you specialise in?
I focus on balanced nutrition and helping women break free from restrictive eating patterns—all while still achieving their goals.
What’s your nutrition philosophy, and how do you incorporate it into your practice?
I’m all about balance and sustainability. Life includes meals out, celebrations, and indulgences, and I believe you can enjoy all of this while still hitting your goals. I teach my clients how to embrace these moments without guilt while staying on track with their overall lifestyle.
What’s the most rewarding part of working with your clients?
It’s incredible to watch people transform—not just physically, but in the way they hold themselves and talk about themselves. The changes often extend to their families as well, which is so rewarding to see.
Do you have a favourite supplement brand?
I’m a ride-or-die Primabolics fan! Their products are top-tier and consistently deliver. I also have to mention Fibre Boost bars—they’re my go-to snack!
What are your top three must-have supplements?
- Protein powder: I add it to smoothies, oats, overnight Weet-Bix, yoghurt—basically everything! It’s a convenient and delicious way to hit my protein goals.
- Greens powder: First thing in the morning, it helps me feel energised and keeps my immunity in check.
- Creatine: A daily must-have (5g a day). It’s fantastic for energy, gym performance, and recovery.
What services do you offer to your clients?
I offer a range of coaching services, including:
- Weight loss
- Body recomposition
- Muscle growth and building
- Mindset coaching
- Intuitive eating
- Goal and habit setting
- Nutrition education
- Personal training
