Forget the hassle of traffic, parking, or waiting in line. With our Local Delivery Service, your supps are delivered straight to your door, saving you time and energy.

Delivery Fees
Local Delivery's will be subjected to a flat rate fee of $9.95.
All orders over $49.95 (line item value) will receive FREE Local Delivery*

As our service grows, we plan to expand the area of delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery drop-offs will occur on Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays.
Delivery drop-offs may occur at anytime of the day during business hours (between 9:00AM - 5:00PM) and delivery times will be solely dependant on the daily route.
Customers will receive notification of when their order is out for delivery, with approximate arrival times.
Please note:
By opting for Local Delivery, an automatic "Authority to Leave" (ATL) applies to all deliveries.
If recipient is not home to receive the delivery, the delivery will be left in a safe place.
For specific delivery instructions, please inform our team in the notes section of your order prior to completion of check out
Order Processing Times
Please allow up to 1-3 business days (up to 48-72 hours) for delivery after placing an order.
Proof of Delivery
By opting for Local Delivery, an automatic "Authority to Leave" (ATL) applies to all deliveries.
Customers will receive proof of delivery by signature or photo confirmation.

Q: What areas do you deliver to?
At launch, we will deliver to areas within 5km of Essendon, suburbs close to our stores including Broadmeadows, Meadow Heights, Sunbury, Diggers Rest, and Taylors Lakes. See the full list above.
Q: When will I receive my order?
Orders will be delivered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Please allow 1-3 business days (48-72 hours) for your order to arrive.
Q: How will I know my delivery has been delivered?
You will receive confirmation via the app, including either a photo or a signature as proof of delivery.
Q: Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No. All local deliveries are "Authority to Leave" (ATL), meaning we will leave your order in a safe spot if you're not home.
If you have specific instructions regarding where to leave your order, please include instructions in the order 'notes' section prior to completing checkout.
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95.
This fee is waived on all orders over $49.95.
Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?
We’ll notify you if any item in your order is unavailable and provide options to resolve the issue.
Q: Will you deliver to an apartment complex?
Yes, we deliver to apartment complexes.
Please ensure clear delivery instructions are provided when placing your order, including building access codes or any special details needed for a successful delivery.
We will NOT be able to deliver to an apartment complex if building access is not granted.
