Apple & Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

 

Method

  • Mix 20g of the macro mike protein with water to make a paste
  • Add in oats
  • Add apples and oats
  • In a separate bowl mix the remaining 10g of protein and yoghurt together to make a Grenache consistency
  • Spread on top
  • Refrigerate overnight
