Ingredients
- 30g Macro Mike Almond Protein | Salted Caramel
- 80g Woolworth canned apples (I have added cinnamon to these)
- 50g Frozen raspberries
- 50g Yoplait no sugar yoghurt
- 40g oats
Method
- Mix 20g of the macro mike protein with water to make a paste
- Add in oats
- Add apples and oats
- In a separate bowl mix the remaining 10g of protein and yoghurt together to make a Grenache consistency
- Spread on top
- Refrigerate overnight
