INGREDIENTS
- 80g Good Society Co Creamy Rice
- 20g unsweetened cocoa
- 550ml milk of choice
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
METHOD
- Add Creamy Rice, cocoa and salt in a saucepan
- Slowly pour in milk while stirring
- Add maple syrup and vanilla extract and continue to stir
- Bring to simmer over medium heat, stirring consistently to avoid clumps
- Once mixture has thickened, remove from heat and place into containers
- Chill in fridge for 3 hours
