Delivery Information

 

Nutrition Capital use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping.

Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.

 

Order Processing Times

Nutrition Capital aims to have orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days*.

* Whilst Nutrition Capital endeavours to have orders processed within 24 business hours, occasional processing delays may occur. Where processing delays may occur, Nutrition Capital will endeavour to contact the customer to provide a relevant update.

* Order processing does NOT occur on weekends. All orders placed on weekends are processed within 24 hours on the next business day.

 

Delivery Times

Approximate delivery times are outlined below:

  • Standard delivery - will generally arrive in 2-6 business days from dispatch*. 
  • Express delivery - will generally arrive in 1-3 business days from dispatch*.

 * While Australia Post endeavour to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed depends on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in our delivery network at the time.

**All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting. Some rural areas have longer delivery times.

 

Delivery Costs
Postage fees (Orders under $150):

  • Standard postage $9.95
  • Express postage $15.00

Orders over $150 receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING!

 

Delivery Tracking
Once order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link or number.

With this link be able to track your package, receive estimated delivery dates and request that it be left in a safe place using the AusPost app or your MyPost account. Parcels can also be tracked on the Australia Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates                                                                                                                       

Please be advised that tracking email's may arrive in Junk / Spam inbox. We encourage checking alternative mail boxes if tracking email can not be found in the main inbox.

 

Energy Drinks / RTD's                                                                                                  Due to weight restrictions, limited postage options and variable shipping charges apply for all Energy Drinks & RTD's including box quantities. Additional shipping charges for heavy / bulky items also apply. See below:

  • 1 Case - $9.95
  • 2 Cases - $19.95
  • 3 Cases - $29.95
  • 4 Cases - $39.95
  • 5 Cases - $49.95 

Customers will be contacted if delivery can not be fulfilled, in which case a refund will be issued.

NOTE: Express postage & Free Shipping is unavailable for box quantities.

 

Authority To Leave

All parcels are automatically left with an Authority to Leave note via our default courier.

If you wish to retract your Authority To Leave, Please leave a note on your order, or contact us via email hello@nutritioncapital.com.au

 

Attempted delivery when signature is required

If a signature is required and no one is there to accept the parcel, it will be taken to a Post Office nearby or placed in a Parcel Locker. Australia Post will notify you of the collection details by email, SMS, the AusPost app or leaving a card 

 

Local Pick-Up

Our Local Pick-Up service is temporarily unavailable as we work to upgrade our service offerings.
