Vanilla Collagen Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup raw cashews
  • 1/3 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Collagen Switch
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup creamy nut butter (your choice)
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup white chocolate melts (for coating)

Method:

  1. Place cashews and almonds in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the mixture for topping.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and pulse until a thick dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls (or your preferred size), then chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, stirring in 15-second intervals until fully melted.
  5. Dip each bliss ball into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with the reserved chopped nuts.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for 2-3 weeks.
