Ingredients:
- 140g peanut or almond butter
- 60ml maple syrup
- 3 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp almond meal or oat flour
- 2-3 serves ATP Science NoWay Collagen Hot Chocolate Powder
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- Coarse sea salt, for garnish (optional)
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add the cacao powder, almond meal, and NoWay Hot Chocolate powder, and mix until fully combined. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll the mixture into 12 bite-sized balls and chill in the fridge or freezer for another 20 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a stovetop. Using two forks, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
- Place the coated truffles on a sheet of baking paper and, if desired, sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Repeat until all truffles are coated.
- Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy whenever you need a sweet pick-me-up!
