- 1 scoop ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 ¼ cups dry oats
- 2 tbsp low-fat milk
Yogurt Topping
- 2 scoops ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
- ⅔ cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
Berry Topping
- 125g frozen mixed berries

Prepare the Berry Topping: Place the frozen berries in a small pot with 1 tbsp of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes until the berries break down into a sauce. Turn off the heat and allow to cool.

Prepare the Base: In a bowl, combine 1 scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein with honey and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Add oats and milk, mixing until fully combined. Spoon the mixture evenly into six holes of a silicone muffin tray and press down firmly with the back of a spoon to form a solid base.

Make the Yogurt Topping: In a small bowl, mix together 2 scoops of Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein and Greek yogurt until well combined. Spoon the mixture on top of the oat base.
